‘Alien: Romulus’ Earns $108 Million Globally On Debut Weekend Box Office
Director Fede Álvarez unleashed ‘Alien: Romulus’ to the world and seems to have sprung new life into the franchise — especially with ‘Romulus’ being the seventh instalment.
The 20th Century and Disney R-rated sci-fi/horror flick reached $45.5 million over the weekend, accumulating to $108.2 million worldwide.
‘Alien Romulus’ opened up to rave critic reviews on Rotten Tomatoes, with some critics hailing it as “on-par” with the Sigourney Weaver originals. Much like the critics, fans are having a good time with the sci-fi film, as the audience score on RT sits at 86% from over 2500 verified reviews.
